Dayton Deluxe Limousine wishes everyone a safe and enjoyable prom night but due to recent issues in the area there are ground rules that must be set.
The legal drinking age in Ohio is 21.
If anyone underage is caught in or around the limousine with alcohol your evening in the limousine will be terminated without a refund.
Dayton Deluxe Limousine has the responsibility to transport your group safely to and from the prom and we are liable if you bring or consume alcohol or other illegal substance inside or near the limousine.
If you are committing an illegal act a police officer will be flagged down, called, or we will drive to nearest police station.
Parents
We are not babysitters and we hope you appreciate our stand on this issue and respect the fact that this is a very serious liability concern.
